1. SUPERVISOR HC & GA - Bandung
General Qualifications :
- Male/female age maximum 35 years old and education minimum D3/S1
- Experiences in HR & GA minimum 2 years
- Good physical and psychological condition
- Able to communicate well (upward, horizontal, and downward)
- Able to present ideas both spoken and/or written (presentation)
- Having passion for team building
- Having passion to improve higher work achievement
- Highly initiative
Specific Qualifications :
- Able to manage human resources development well
- Able to manage supporting working facilities (inventory/ asset), maintenance, building/vehicles and building security management
- Able to present good report
- Understand main business operation process of JNE
- Understand business process/ main process in express, courier, or logistic companies
- Able to lead and communicate message well
- Having endurance to work pressure, both directly or indirectly
- Able to make capacity analysts, improving efficiency and productivity
- Having ability to apply MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) well
- Able to operate internet well
2. SPV. OPERASIONAL - Bandung
Specific Qualifications :
- Male/Female
- Education minimum D3
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Having experiences in related field (prefer shipping company/courier) minimum 2 years
- Having good condition in health and mind
- Having a good passion for team work
- Passionate to improve higher work achievement
- Highly initiative
Qualifications :
- Having ability to apply MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet well
- Having ability to communicate well (upward, downward, and horizontal)
- Understand business/main operation process in express, courier, or logistic company
- Able to lead and communicate message to more than 500 employees
- Having endurance to working pressure, directly or indirectly
- Able to make capacity analysis, improving efficiency and productivity

- Planning, doing, organizing and evaluating outbound, inbound delivery operational activities, pick up also express delivery in Bandung branch with conditioned successful rate
Main Jobs :
- Planning, doing, organizing and evaluating outbound, inbound delivery operational activities, pick up also express delivery in Bandung branch with conditioned successful rate
- Assure outbound, inbound delivery operational activities, pick up also express delivery also things delivery security based on rules and procedure of the company
- Making monthly outbound, inbound delivery operational activities, pick up also express delivery report in Bandung branch
- Improving (building and motivating) employees/ operational staff in Bandung branch to keep and improve working productivity
- Assure the quality and operational capacity in Bandung branch for sustainable development
3. SPV. SALES & MARKETING - Bandung
Specific Qualifications :
- Male/Female
- Education minimum D3
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Having experiences in related field minimum 2 years
- Having good condition in health and mind

- Passionate to improve higher work achievement
- Able to communicate ideas both spoken and/or written (presentation)

- Having wide supporting marketing and customer database network
- Understand business/ main operation process in express, courier, or logistic companies
- Able to lead and communicate message well
- Having endurance to work pressure, both directly or indirectly

- Having ability to apply MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and internet well

4. IT SUPERVISOR - Bandung

Main Jobs :
- Making monthly report to Branch Manager and IT Manager related to working progress
- Making and mapping networking topology with latest condition for every office (area)
- Supervising and doing request of PC spare part and its equipments
- Keeping and making sure computer network security
Jobs Description :
- Helping (back up) and checking PC installation that are going to use by end user
- Helping and making sure computer hardware and its equipments cleanliness procedures
- Making and stacking also defining local area network of IP address networking configuration for email and internet, clipper program services, and my orion
- Contacting related vendors in hardware improvement and checking until it is done
- Contacting vendors to serve email hosting and internet networking also relay fram for my orion network if there is trouble shooting
- Doing related server maintenance with clipper program and my orion and contacting related vendors.
5. SPV. FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION - Bandung
Specific Qualifications :
- Male/Female
- Education minimum D3
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Having experiences in related field minimum 2 years
- Having good condition in health and mind
- Having a good passion for team work
- Passionate to improve higher work achievement
- Able to communicate ideas both spoken and/or written (presentation)
- Highly initiative
Qualifications :
- Able to apply accounting principles consistently
- Able to present accountable financial statement
- Understand business/ main operation process in express, courier, or logistic company
- Able to lead and communicate message well
- Having endurance to working pressure, directly or indirectly
- Able to make capacity analysis, improving efficiency and productivity
- Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet well
- Having ability to communicate well (upward, downward, and horizontal)
6. SPV. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Bandung
Specific Qualifications :
- Male/Female
- Education minimum D3
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Having experiences in related field minimum 2 years
- Having good condition in health and mind
- Having a good passion for team work
- Having passion to improve work efficiency
- Highly initiative
Qualifications :

- Good communications skill (upward, downward, and horizontal)
- Understand about main operation of JNE business process
- Able to lead and communicate well
- Good endurance in working pressure, directly or indirectly
- Able to make capacity analysis, improve efficiency and productivity
