PT MSM and TTN in 2002, from Aurora Gold, and actively conduct various studies to look at the possibility of Toka Tindung project development to production stage. This study included technical studies, project economics, and banking study for funding.

The project includes two Contract of Work (CoW), namely CoW PT MSM, 95% owned by AR Pte Ltd and 5% by PT Archi Indonesia, and CoW PT TTN, 95% owned by AR Pte Ltd and 5% by PT Archi Indonesia. Majority share Archipelago Resources, Plc, held by Rajawali Corpora (51.1%).

Senior Supv. System & Development (Code: SSD)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Designing and developing training & programmers. Identifying training and development needs within and organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with department Manager & HR Department. Ensuring all implementation of HRIS system on the track. Review and update HR Company policies

Senior Mining Engineer (Code: SME)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibility of maintaining the mine operation’s focus on achieving the mine plan which will in-turn achieve the budgeted mining targets including drilling and blasting design and evaluation, developing daily, weekly and monthly mine plants and schedules, mine planning software administration, road design, mine/mill ore reconciliation, mine project works, and equipment evaluation

Environmental Engineer (Code: EE)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Conserving soil and water resources through implementing management plans and strategies. Designing planning and organization of construction of conservation earthworks and erosion and sediment control measures such as construction of sediment ponds, drainage structures, access tracks, deep ripping, planting of cover crops and tree planting and other job relation with this position

Drill & Blasting Engineer (Code: DBE)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Carrying out department functions including blast design and scheduling, geotechnical data acquisition, safe operating procedures and preparation of reports. Understand how to drill and blast fits in with mine planning and sequencing monitor and interpret signature shots for vibration analysis and develop a controlled blasting program to minimize damage to infrastructure understand the effects of fragmentation in downstream processes (mill throughput) and understand the impact of pattern/shot design on total drill and blasting cost

Qualifications:

* Formal Mine engineering qualification, gold mining experience preferable (EG, SME & DBE)
* Knowledge of the Surpac Mine Planning software is essential (SME)
* Degree qualification in Environmental science, management, engineer or similar (EE)
* High level presentation skill and experience managing internal training, understanding KPI (BSC) utilization and understanding Human Resources Information System (SSD)
* Experience minimum 5 years (all position)
* Computer skill are essential, good communication & organization skill and spoken & written English (all position)
