1. SENIOR MANAGERIAL SALES DEPT (SR MGR)
2. OPERATIONAL MANAGER (OM)
Requirements :
* Min Bachelor Degree on Marketing / Economics (1), Economics (2)
* with min GPA 3,00, preferably from a reputable university
* Experience min 8 years as Branch Manager (1), 4 years as Operational Manager (2)
* Having experience in Consumer Goods company is more advantage
* Responsible for all operational activities at the branch office control : Finance, Delivery, Admin, Cost, Aging and system procedure (2)
* Good knowledge of Local Market & proven proficiency in business development (1)
* Computer skill (Familiar with SAP R/3 System and MS Office)
* Shall be self motivated, honest, highly dedicated, initiative, good health, good interpersonal and communication skill, leadership skill, pleasant personality and cooperative with the team
* Having capabilities in achieving targets (1)
* Understanding of market dynamics and sales process (1)
* Responsibility area : Central Java
