Industrial Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Targeting of key accounts in the EPC, Energy & Resource Sector, including sales, pre-qualification to tender, receiving tenders and managing the tender process with support from regional office tender management.
* Identifying business growth opportunities, develop alternative solutions also formulate commercial and contractual proposals.
* Develop and implement work with overseas counterparts to ensure a growth in customer relationships including outside of own region, as necessary.
* Interface with operational project team in order to ensure safe project execution to the client's satisfaction, consistent with cost, schedule and contractual requirements.
* Ensure sales targets are met and take short to medium term actions to reverse areas of under performance.
* Produce departmental/regional management reports when required and attend management meetings as requested.
* Manage resources and budgets needed to achieve operational targets.
Report to : Regional Director
Requirements:
* Bachelor / Master Degree in Management or related major, maximum age 35 years old
* Minimal 3 years working experience in the same position and from Freight Forwarding company
* Possesses good English skills and Computer literate
* Excellent in negotiation and presentation skill
* Have strong achievement motivation, good analytical thinking, and ability to work in a fast pace working condition
