ASSISTANT TO TAX MANAGER
Jakarta Raya - Lebak Bulus - Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:

* Controlling the calculation, payment, and reporting of Tax in accordance to the procedures and Indonesian tax laws held by Tax Office also Tax External Audit.
* Controlling and preparing any response letter to TAX Authority in relation with the request from Account Representative (AR).
* Analyzing tax data, managing the progresses and reviewing the tax audit processes or tax dispute cases resolution.
* Preparing all documentation and attending tax court hearing.
* Managing all the documentations and data, preparing commercial invoice, maintaining correspondences letter and compiling tax invoice to the supplier, that all are related to tax invoice confirmation to Tax Office (cash flow & good test).
* Monitoring complete document, payment and calculation of WAT offshore and WHT Art 26 to the State Treasury.
* Managing calculation and payment processes for Fiscal of Fixed Assets by monthly and yearly basis.
* Preparing and monitoring the payment processes of annual corporate income tax also deffered tax calculation by monthly and yearly basis.
* Monitoring and conducting tax research.


Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree from Accountancy / Tax / Law / Economy.
* At least 3 (three) years experience as Tax Assistant Manager / Senior Tax Supervisor is required, prefer from Tax Consultant Firm.
* Have good knowledge in basic accounting, corporate income tax, withholding tax and VAT.
* Have experiences in handling Tax Audit, objection and appeal process.
* Excellent in English and computer knowledge is a must.
