Hydraulic Engineer
Requirements Holcim :
- Bacelor in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 1 years in current position,
- Have 5 years experience in cement plant maintenance or in other manufacturing / operation plant Hand on experience in hydraulic-pneumatic maintenance heavy industries
- Experience in hydraulic-pneumatic maintenance heavy industries
- Computer literacy : Microsoft Office, SAP User
- Good command in English both oral or written
- Has depth knowledge of hydraulic scheme, various
- hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps and has skill to troubleshoot hydraulic-pneumatic component such as; solenoid, valve, proportional valve, control valve, variable pump, pressure switch, flow control, PLC, etc
- Has skill how to maintain the hydraulic-pneumatic equipments in detail
- Know in depth the specification and principle all of critical / main machines in cement plant
- Have knowledge of oil specification (Physical & chemical composition)
- Good leadership capability
Instrument Team
Requirements PT Holcim :
- Min. SMU/SMK electrical with experience 5 years, or Degree/Diploma in Electrical/control with experience 3 years
- Minimum 5 years in current position,
- 3 years experiences as electrician on process cement plant or mineral manufacturing.
- Experience in electrical, instrumentation and automation area, especially for cement or mineral industry
- Computer literacy : Microsoft Office, SAP User
- Good command in English both oral or written
- Good knowledge of field instrumentation & sensor, UPS & pneumatic system maintenance, calibration & troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of PLC & HMI programming, maintenance & troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of analyzer (Gas Analyzer, CEM View) & weighing system (Weigh Feeder, Flow meter, etc.) maintenance, calibration & troubleshooting
- Superficial knowledge of electrical power distribution and VSD
- Able to interpret electrical drawings
- Good interpersonal skills to gain co-operation in achieving high maintenance and safety standards
- Good knowledge of PUIL (Peraturan Umum Instalasi Listrik)
Mechanical Team
Requirements Holcim Indonesia:
- Diploma graduate graduated in Mechanical with 1 year experience
- Senior Technical High School with 3 years experience
- Minimum 1 years in current position,
- Minimum requirement is 3 years in mechanical maintenance in cement industry
- Computer literacy : Microsoft Office, SAP User
- Good command in English both oral or written
- Able to read and understand parts and manual handbook
- Able to read technical drawing
- Understand troubleshooting system of equipments
- Understand and able to use measurements and diagnostic tools
Reliability Engineer
Requirements:
- S1 in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum requirement is 3-5 years in maintenance with a good understanding of reliability and maintenance engineering in the manufacturing industry and broad knowledge of equipment dominant failures are essential
- Strong in IT data mining and processing of data and fluent in MS
- Office tools, and preferably in Computerized
- Maintenance Management Systems, such as SAP-PM
- Good command in English both oral or written
- Excellent communicator & facilitating skill
- Good knowledge in cement manufacturing
- process & equipment.
- Excellence problem solving skills (RCA & FMEA)
- Good Knowledge in project management
- Certified RCM facilitator are preferable
RM, KILN & CM Electrical Team
Requirements:
- Min. SMU/SMK electrical with experience 5 years, or Degree/Diploma in Electrical with experience 3 years
- Minimum 5 years in current position,
- 3 years experiences as electrician on process cement plant or mineral manufacturing
- Computer Literacy : MS Office, Maintenance System
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Good knowledge of Electric Motor & VSD maintenance & troubleshooting
- Good Knowledge of Power distribution, MCC, grounding & Transformer maintenance & troubleshooting
- Superficial Knowledge of PLC & field Instrumentation
- Able to interpret electrical drawings
- Good interpersonal skills to gain co-operation in achieving high maintenance and safety standards
- Good knowledge of PUIL (Peraturan Umum Instalasi Listrik)
