Junior Geologist
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:
1. Exploring, dating and sampling mineral deposits
2. Interpreting and mapping the geology of a mine
3. Preparing and presenting data
4. Checking the quality levels of materials produced for reserve assessment
5. Assessing geotechnics and aquifer drainage
6. Undertaking environmental impact studies
7. Updating detailed databases
8. Creating mine models using CAD (computer-aided design) software, such as SURPAC

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Geology from a reputable university
2. Fresh Graduated are welcome
3. Max. 28 Years Old
4. Sound knowledge in mineral deposits and elements
5. Good team working skills
6. Knowledgeable in CAD operation
7. Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan)

Senior Geologist

Requirements:
1. Male, max.35 years old
2. S-1 Geology, including production control work in at least two producing mines at similar position
3. Must be able to control exploration program, geological modeling, reserve calculations.

General Requirements:
• Having experience min.5 years in “coal mining operation” is must
• Have strong skills in computer literate
• Able good to work in a team
• Have good command in English both oral and writing
• Able to be placed at Mine Site
• Willing to work in Central Kalimantan.

Pro Ellipse & Mine Market Supervisor (3 Person)
(Jakarta Office)

Main Responsibilities:
1. To coordinate with all relevant divisions to the smooth use of Ellipse information systems and Mine Market.
2. Solve all the existing problems due to implementation of the Ellipse system and mine market.
3. Perform system documentation, especially for business processes in all related divisions to the use of the ellipse and mine market system.
4. Conducting Training to the user, in all related Divisions regarding Ellipse and Mine Market system.
5. Troubleshoot all the existing problems on Ellipse and Mine Market System.

Requirements:
1. Male/Female, Max.30 years old.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with major in Computer Science, Computer Accounting or Information Technology.
3. Experienced on handling Mincom Ellipse ERP System and Mine Market at least one lifecycle.
4. Familiar with application modules contained within the system of the ellipse and the mine market.

IT Help Desk & Administration
(Jakarta Office)

Main Responsibilities:
1. Perform all administrative tasks for IT Department.
2. Recording all the existing work order and progress of each work order up to completion.
3. Recording all licensing system software in use by companies.
4. Inventory Record on all of the Office Equipment with Technology Base, such as Computer, Printer, Plotter, Scanner, etc.
5. Responsible for the Documentation on Training Material, Presentation, Booklet and others Documentation at IT Department.

Requirements:
1. Male/Female, Max.30 years old.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with major in Computer Science, Computer Accounting or Information Technology.
3. Familiar with Administration Duties and work order recording on IT Department.

Requirements:

Junior Civil Engineer
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and provide relevant project documents, and reporting working progress.
2. Generate/review calculate Material Take Off (MTO).
3. Negotiate with contractor or other parties related to project work.
4. Analyze either proposal or other report from contractor which related to project work.
5. Handle Quality Control which is connected with working for mine infrastructure, such as road, bridge, etc.
6. Work together with contractor and consultant.
7. Monitor and crosscheck project progress from contractor.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer.
2. Familiar with Civil Engineering Detail Drawing, Hauling Road Drawing and Steel Bridge Structure Drawing.
3. Minimum 3 years experience in supervising civil construction, steel construction, bridge construction and hauling road.
4. Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply.
5. Male, maximum 30 year old with high self motivation, good communication skills and attention to details.
6. Good knowledge in operating Ms. Office, Auto-Cad, Land-desktop/Civil 3D, Structure analysis software, etc.

Project Control

Key Activities / Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the preparation, monitoring and reporting on project plans and schedules. Interfacing with and collating of progress updates from Contractor and Sub Contractor to reflect the latest status of Project Schedule.
• Carry out periodic reviews at each project to ensure the implementation of planning and scheduling system and procedures achieve the desired level of accuracy and quality to meet project requirements.
• Review weekly and monthly progress report from contractor and advise Project Management Team of any potential shortfalls or negative trends on each of the individual project.
• Work with contractor or Project Team Member to ensure that they adhere to the appropriate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in setting up the initial cost data bases for their respective portions of the project.
• Monitor spending on a contract specific basis versus progress and forecast to complete data.
• Monitor project procurement activities and make adjustments foe timing and procurement cost deviations.
• Ensuring the Project Document Control and Management System are in place and well implemented.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• He or She, 28 ~ 30 years old.
• The candidate shall have extensive experience in the establishment of project schedules, status reporting, cost engineering & administration, and advising management in mining projects.
• He / She must be able to coordinate with engineering, administration, management and field personnel to insure compatibility with all interface areas of the project.
• He / She must also have hands on experience of modern computerized planning packages in particular, MS Project and knowledge of other software packages related to cost engineering and administration.

Senior Mine Engineer
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct mine planning, project planning, as well as mining operation scheduling and controlling and dealing with contractors
2. Develop short, mid and long term mine plans for the budgeting process
3. Estimate fleet requirements
4. Plan mining operations and design open pit and surface mines.
5. Design mining equipment and supervise the open pit operations, and devising methods for transporting minerals to processing plants.
6. Find, extract, and prepare coal, metals, and minerals.
7. Responsible for the safe, economical, and environmentally sound operation of mines.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from a reputable University
2. Min 5 years of experience in coal mining operation
3. Knowledgeable in operating mining programs software, such as : Minescape, Surpac, etc.
4. Proficient in survey instruments, etc.
5. Computer literate
6. Good team-working skills
7. Good command in English both oral and written
8. Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan)
9. Hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate is an advantage.

Secretary for President Director
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
1. Performs a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
2. Coordinates office management activities for the board of directors and other staff.
3. Reads and screens incoming correspondence and reports; makes preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organizes documents; handles some matters personally and forwards appropriate materials to the board of directors.
4. Receives and screens incoming calls and visitors, determines which are priority matters, and alerts the directors accordingly.
5. Makes referrals to appropriate executive or provides requested information and composes letters and memoranda in response to inquiries.
6. Updates board of directors on status of issues before scheduled meetings and prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings.

Requirements:
• Female, age 30-35 year old.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Secretary; including 10 years experience serving administration function
• Graduated from English Literature Academy
• Preferably experienced in mining industry
