Planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating the activities of personel engaged in cooking and preparing food in all kitchen and banquets in order for making profitable of food production.


  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old.
  • Positive attitude, wise, discipline, initiative, good self motivation.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent hospitality.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Kitchen Management, Leadership, Motivation, Decision Making & Presentation.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
  • Willing to work under pressure and long hours.
