CREDIT MANAGER
Job Description:
* Overall successful delivery of credit risk management and solution on Huawei customers in different regions, whole process credit risk management including customer credit status analysis, credit rating/ credit line assessment and monitor customer performance to identify emerging risks
* In addition to the credit analysis, a Credit Experts need to be familiar about customer, sovereign risk, industry risk, financing relationships/ capital structure and financial risk
* Play a key role in developing future areas of focus regarding appetite risk
* To participate in implementation of supporting systems ad tools to deliver high quality services to the business
* Must have client relationships skills, effective teamwork, performed successful negotiations, developed winning proposals and have a track record of consistently exceeding aggressive goals
* Undertake activity to develop a robust risk and control culture, as well as an active role in policy development
* This position requires travel occasionally
Job requirements:
* Min education is bachelor degree
* At least 3 years experience in understanding and applying key accounting principles
* At least 3 years experience in credit risk assessment position in Banks or major financial services firms
* At least 3 years experience in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of Credit Risk supporting systems and tools
* Fluent in English is a must
