Responsibilities
Perform the function of Compensation & Benefit analysis, monitoring & development

Job Requirement

* Min. S1 Economic, Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology
* Min. 3 years experience in Human Resource area and having strong exposure in Compensation & Benefit, preferably in Oil & Gas industry
* Required technical competencies:

1. C&B Analysis & Development
2. Job Evaluation & Analysis
3. Good command in English both written & speaking
4. Office computer standard skill (MS-Excel)

* Required structural competencies:

1. Analytical thinking
2. Problem solving
3. Pro-active
