Field Representative Supervisor

Requirements:

* Input Local Survey feedback from hardcopy questionnaires.

* Check & control hardcopy questionnaires receipt.
* Screening: Follow up customers, data validation, random checking by phone.
* Prepare questionnaires sending both hardcopy & website
Requirements:

* Fresh graduate.

Technical Support Staff

* Support problem solving to all Nissan’s dealer.
* Collect and prepare all technical problem from each Nissan’s dealer and distribute it back to Nissan’s dealer.
* Prepare the Technical Service Bulletin (TSB).
* Prepare the Product Information Bulletin (PIB).
* Conduct audit activities, such as SST list, equipment, etc

* Has 1 year experience in similar field (fresh graduate are welcome for apllying)
* Able speaking in English, minimum passive.
* Willing to hard work in shift (morning and night)
* Willing to be located in Purwakarta
