Accounting (Staff) - Jakarta, Kalimantan, Riau
Responsibilities:
  • Review, record and maintain monthly standard and non-recurring journal entries.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and provide related supporting documentation.
  • Be responsible for fixed asset reconciliations.
  • Support operating expense reviews.
  • Perform special projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Experience min. 1 year, Fresh Graduate welcome
  • Computer skill(s) : Ms Office, Oracle skill preferred.
  • Required language(s): English (Mandarin skill preferred).

  • Ability to work Independently & Team Work and with tight deadlines.
  • Willing to travel around site location
  • Familiar with SAP
Finance (Staff) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparation of the budget.
  • Establish and maintain cash controls.
  • Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
  • Processes supplier invoices.
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Experience min. 2 year
  • Required skill(s): Finance Management, Finance Accounting
  • Computer skill(s) : Ms Office, Oracle skill preferred.
  • Required language(s): English (Mandarin skill preferred).
  • Honest, High Integrity, Analytical skill, team work oriented, assertive and fully initiative
  • Ability to work Independently & Team Work and with tight deadlines.

Admin HRD - Singkawang
Responsibilities:
  • Logging training activities.
  • Create a monthly report to HO, especially training activities.
  • Coordinate utility of training center facilities of GEC, including Mess.
  • Ensure training facilities, buildings GEC & Mess is always in good condition, orderly, neat & clean.
  • Should always communicate & coordinate with the HO-Jkt, above all things related to the presence of GEC.
Requirements:
  • Male, max 27 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

  • Mastering computer and familiar hotel booking / ticket.
  • Minimum 1 (one) year working as a receptionist.
IT Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Build system or SAP Application
  • Develop existing information system
  • Support team of IT in day to day tasks
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or MIS.
