Responsibilities :
  • This position is accountable to lead sales organization in Area and its distributor
  • Plan and develop area / cluster strategy by combining ass opportunities on trade and non trade segment, align with Regional Strategy and objectives
  • Develop an annual business plan (breaking down in quarterly) for sales & revenue target
  • Improving distributor capabilities to implement distribution objectives including sales including communities, distribution and partly of marketing
  • Building local program, organizational development, control and monitoring execution including review sales permormance
  • Effective for utilizing budget with proper and targeted result
  • Building trade relationship both on trade and non trade segment (youth segment & institutions)
Qualifications :
  • Male / Female, max 30 years old
  • Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any major from reputable university
  • Having experience 3 - 5 years in the related field is required for this position especially in Telco Industry or FMCG
  • Having experience in creating market penetration strategy and building strategy including territory management 
  • Leadership and ability to build and drive regional team
  • Ability to analyze and think  strategically
  • Detail oriented, fast learner and able to to take initiative
  • Able to operate computer especially MS. Office
